Instructions for Students for Online Exams, September 2020

1. The Examination will be conducted in Online Mode.
2. The Examinations of UG and PG (outgoing classes) will start from 17.09.2020.
3. The University will conduct exams of all UG/PG Terminal semester and Reappear students of Even Semester.
4. The Question Papers as per datesheet will be uploaded on the university website www.puchd.ac.in as well as on the College website http://davchsp.org.in and will be circulated to the students on their provided Email/Whatsapp number.
5. The candidate will be required to attempt 50% paper by choosing any questions. However, the student shall ensure that he/she has attempted answers carrying 50% of the maximum marks where 50% is fraction (2.5 will be 2).
6. Time allotted will be 2 hours for examination and 2 hours for e-mailing the answer-book to the College.
7. The candidate will answer with blue ball-point pen.
8. The candidate will download/note down the question paper and will solve it from their remote location on A-4 size lined answer-sheet (as available on University website) in his/her own handwriting on single side only.
9. Maximum page limit will be 12 (twelve).
10. Write only on the lined side, keeping the back side blank.
11. In case any student does not have mobile phones or facing network problem etc., in that case he/she can seek help from the College regarding availability of question paper as well as deposit of hard copy within stipulated time.
12. The candidate will get the photo-copy of his/her Roll No. and paste it on the first page in the stipulated column and fill other details.
13. Candidate will be required to scan all the attempted sheets in a serial order along with Admit Card and merge them into a single PDF file. The first page of PDF file should be Admit Card (Compulsory).
14. Candidate will be required to write the following information on the first page of Answer Sheet:

(i) University Roll No. (in figures)…………………(in words)………………………
(ii) Name of the student……………… (iii) Class/Semester……………………
(iv) Name of Paper…………………… (v) Code of Paper……………………..
(vi) Total number of pages written:…. (vii) Signature
(viii) Date of Exam……/………/………
