The candidate shall fill up the form given in the Prospectus in his/her own handwriting. The candidate shall take the form, complete with all documents, to the Admission Committee of the concerned faculty for necessary processing.
(i) Copy of Aadhar Card
(ii) Copy of Bank A/c Pass Book
(iii) Matriculation / Hr. Sec. Certificate for verification of date of birth.
(iv) Certificate of lower examination passed.
(v) Detailed Marks Certificate of B.A.-II and B.A.-III examination (only for admission to M.A.-I Class).
(vi) Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
(vii) S.C/B.C. Certificate from Class-I Magistrate.
(viii) Income Certificate for S.C/B.C. candidates.
(ix) Two copies of recent passport size photograph of the candidates.
(x) Inter-varsity Migration Certificate (for students coming from G.N.D.U. and Punjabi University).
(xi) Migration Certificate from the University last attended and Eligibility Certificate from Panjab University (for students from Universities other than G.N.D.U. and Punjabi University).
(xii) Migration/No Objection Certificate from their respective Boards for students who have passed +1 or+2 examination from a Board other than the P.S.E.B.
(xiii) Any other Certificate pertaining to extra-mural, co-curricular or sports activities.
N.B.: 1) That a candidate who has been placed under compartment / re-appear in one subject only with at least 20% marks in the subject in which he/she has been placed in compartment in the +2 examination conducted by the Open School Board in India shall be eligible to seek admission to the Ist year of B.A./B.Sc. (Medical, Non-Medical, Computer Science and Agriculture) / B.Com. / B.C.A. course under 10+2+3 system of education, if otherwise eligible, provided he/she passed all the subjects in one attempt except the one in which he/she was placed under compartment / re-appear and also he / she fulfils the conditions as are applicable in the case of students who have been placed under compartment in the +2 examination conducted by a Board/Body/Council/University in India.
2) A Candidate having gap year seeking admission to the college would submit an affidavit in duplicate that he/she was not disqualified by any Board/Council/University
